May
establish training and assistance programs for projects or

Possesses
expert knowledge in a specialized subject area such as scientific
applications of research, financial practices, legislative
initiatives, health issues, pedagogical strategies, or management
theory and stays current with changes and developments in the
subject matter.
Provides
technical assistance and problem solving help utilizing subject
matter expertise and negotiating skills.
Provides
leadership, technological and marketing expertise in developing
the design of, policy guidelines for, and management of distance
learning classes or a multi-faceted, complex website involving
a variety of constituencies.

channels and follow departmental guidelines.
