The Source

The source is a bi-monthly newsletter published by the Office of Human Resources and intended to reach our faculty, staff and administrators who are involved in supervising and/or managing two or more employees. The articles in the newsletter represent topics we believe to be of interest to this specific Portland State University audience and in support of our HR mission of providing innovative, value-addded and effective programs and solutions.

You will find information on employment trends both in the area of Federal and State law as well as current thoughts on creating an excellent work experience and environment. We also seek news items on topics of operational interest to inform and update our readers.
